Job Description
Job Title: Reward Manager
Contract: FTC, 18-months
Location: London
Sector: Financial Services
Salary: £80,000 – £120,000 + completion bonus
***Need to be immediately available or coming to the end of your contract. We will also consider short notice periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the year-end compensation process, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to the implementation of a new compensation system.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across People, Finance, and Business teams.
- Provide expert advice and insights on reward best practices and market trends.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to ensure effective execution.
Desired Experience:
- Proven experience in reward/compensation, ideally in Financial Services and complex or scaling organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement job frameworks and compensation structures.
- Experience working with or implementing compensation systems (Workday experience a plus)
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing, or less structured environments.
- A strong communicator and collaborator with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
