Job Title: Reward Manager

Contract: FTC, 18-months

Location: London

Need to be immediately available or coming to the end of your contract. We will also consider short notice periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the refinement of job levels and the development of a consistent and scalable pay framework.
  • Provide guidance and support for EU Pay Transparency Directive compliance initiatives.
  • Support the year-end compensation process, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the implementation of a new compensation system.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across People, Finance, and Business teams.
  • Provide expert advice and insights on reward best practices and market trends.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to ensure effective execution.

Desired Experience:

  • Proven experience in reward/compensation, ideally in Financial Services and complex or scaling organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement job frameworks and compensation structures.
  • Strong understanding of EU pay transparency requirements.
  • Experience working with or implementing compensation systems (Workday experience a plus)
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing, or less structured environments.
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach and delivery mindset.
