Position Overview: Catalyst Partners are delighted to be partnering with a leading financial services organisation who are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a VP, Reward. Working alongside the Head of Reward and in close partnership with the broader HR and Reward team, you’ll help drive key programs including annual pay reviews, performance-based awards, and co-investment plans for employees. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full annual compensation and equity cycle, including program design, implementation, and communication.
- Oversee co-investment and carried interest allocations.
- Manage all benchmarking efforts – from annual reviews to ad hoc role and hire evaluations.
- Develop dashboards and data insights using Excel and Power BI to support strategic decision-making.
- Own and optimise compensation-related processes within Workday HRIS.
- Lead global reward initiatives, including integration projects post-acquisition.
- Continuously improve reward processes, frameworks, and the overall compensation philosophy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. MRTs, Gender Pay, EU Transparency).
- Monitor market trends and translate regulatory and industry shifts into practical solutions.
- Deliver polished reports and presentations for senior leadership and committee meetings.
- Draft RemCo papers in partnership with the Head of Reward.
- Create and support training, resources, and communications for internal stakeholders.
- Act as the primary expert for compensation queries, building strong cross-functional HR relationships.
- Manage and mentor the Reward Associate to support team delivery and development.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in reward roles, ideally within financial services or consulting but open to sector.
- Deep knowledge of compensation structures and market benchmarking.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent data accuracy and integrity.
- Proficient in Excel (advanced functions, data modelling, visualisation).
