Job Title: Reward Specialist

Position Overview: Catalyst Partners are delighted to be working with an innovative FTSE 100 organisation seeking an experience Reward Specialist to join on their exciting transformation. You will play an integral part in shaping and leading their total reward priorities and delivering total reward solutions to the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to shaping the overarching reward approach and lead the delivery of the annual pay review framework.
- Help craft and enhance total reward policies and core documents that are aligned to market trends and centred around employee needs.
- Use both internal metrics and external benchmarks to ensure policies are clear, inclusive, and improve the overall employee experience.
- Collaborate across Centres of Expertise and functional teams to design incentive structures that directly support strategic goals.
- Work closely with business units to implement company-wide reward initiatives, engaging key stakeholders such as early careers teams to ensure successful adoption.
- Interpret and communicate market trends and benchmarking data to inform ongoing policy development and incentive planning.
- Support internal teams within the CoE and wider HR function in promoting understanding and engagement with the total reward offerings.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the annual Remuneration Committee cycle, including planning agendas, creating and reviewing materials, and managing key stakeholder relationships.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver RemCo content and ensure smooth operation of the annual governance process.
- Collaborate with HR leaders and business partners to understand evolving executive compensation needs, offering expert guidance, market intelligence, and tailored insights.
