About the Role

Our client is a leading global Financial Services organisation, seeking an experienced Reward Specialist to support and lead on various European Reward projects. You will be working as part of a supportive team, where everyone is hands on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver reward related projects, including EU Pay Transparency implementation, pay structure reviews, job evaluation, and benefits review.
  • Establish clear objectives, timelines, and governance frameworks in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate data analysis and project execution.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance across all reward initiatives.
  • Work with the HRIS team to ensure HR systems are configured to support compliance and accurate reporting.
  • Lead communication and training initiatives to embed new processes across multiple EU locations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in reward, compensation, and benefits, with a strong focus on project delivery.
  • Strong understanding and hands on experience of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data modelling and reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence at all levels.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and market benchmarking practices.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
