The predicted salary is between 54000 - 126000 £ per year.
A unique and well known FS business have asked us to exclusively source an interim Payroll Manager for a long term FTC during a complex time period. This role will involve a combination of day to day payroll management as well as supporting on a global transformation project. Hybrid working, 3 days in office in the City of London.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day to day payroll operations for multiple jurisdictions globally.
- Support with year end reporting.
- Process monthly reconciliations.
- Provide advice and support to the wider Payroll team.
- Consistently operate in a timely & accurate manner.
- Proactive support on the transformation project.
Experience:
- International Payroll experience is ESSENTIAL. (Ideally Polish and US payrolls exposure)
- Strong systems knowledge &/or exposure to multiple payroll providers.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Being able to collaborate and work well with the wider team and relevant stakeholders.
- Experience working within Financial Services is desired.
