Catalyst Partners are working exclusively with a well-established manufacturing company to source a Payroll Consultant to lead their payroll operations during a complex time period.
Payroll Consultant - 6 month FTC
Initially 5x days a week in the Milton Keynes office but once settled the role will transition into hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
- Manage start to finish payroll for UK & Ireland.
- Identify current issues with the payroll process and map potential solutions.
- Work alongside finance to deliver on month end processes, P11ds, understanding commission payments and managing multiple complex bonus payments.
- Focus on data migration.
- HMRC reporting.
- Managing the benefits process.
Requirements:
- Must have start to finish Payroll experience for UK & IRE.
- Must have experience managing process improvement projects.
- Must have experience using ADP platforms.
