Position overview: Our client, a prestigious financial institution, is seeking an experienced Payroll Professional to join their team.

The role:

Your key responsibilities would include:

Payroll Operations support to assist in the day-to-day administration of outsourced monthly payrolls across EMEA and LATAM, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery
Data Review and reporting to help validate payroll registers and support month-end reporting activities to maintain data integrity and financial accuracy
Year-End and Audit assistance when collaborating with senior stakeholders on year-end processes and annual payroll transitions contributing to a smooth and compliance closeout
Acting as a first point of contact for payroll-related queries, delivering clear and timely responses
Cross-functional collaboration with regional partners in HR, Finance and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations and alignment across departments
Maintaining and updating internal payroll process guides and workflows to support operational consistency.

Skills and experience:

You will ideally tick some of the following boxes:

Some experience with supporting payroll processes across EMEA and LATAM
A foundational understanding of processing multi-country payrolls
Strong proficiency with Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
Experience with payroll systems and tools like Workday or similar platforms
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
