Position overview: Our client, a prestigious financial institution, is seeking an experienced Payroll Professional to join their team.

The role:

Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Payroll Operations support to assist in the day-to-day administration of outsourced monthly payrolls across EMEA and LATAM, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery
  • Data Review and reporting to help validate payroll registers and support month-end reporting activities to maintain data integrity and financial accuracy
  • Year-End and Audit assistance when collaborating with senior stakeholders on year-end processes and annual payroll transitions contributing to a smooth and compliance closeout
  • Acting as a first point of contact for payroll-related queries, delivering clear and timely responses
  • Cross-functional collaboration with regional partners in HR, Finance and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations and alignment across departments
  • Maintaining and updating internal payroll process guides and workflows to support operational consistency.

Skills and experience:

  • Some experience with supporting payroll processes across EMEA and LATAM
  • A foundational understanding of processing multi-country payrolls
  • Strong proficiency with Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Experience with payroll systems and tools like Workday or similar platforms
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
