Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end programme management of core HR cycles, including performance management, reward processes, and HR budget planning, ensuring structured and timely delivery.
- Own and manage the annual HR calendar, sequencing initiatives to optimise capacity, mitigate risk, and maintain operational clarity across the team.
- Develop and oversee executive and partner-level reporting, producing clear, consistent and decision-ready outputs for senior stakeholders.
- Provide analytical support to HR and business strategy discussions, translating data into structured insights, scenarios, and actionable recommendations.
- Drive process improvement across HR programmes, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, standardise delivery, and reduce manual inefficiencies.
- Champion the use of automation and tooling to enhance scalability and free up HR Business Partners to focus on strategic priorities.
- Define and maintain the HR strategic roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritised effectively and progress is transparent across stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR strategy, HR operations, people analytics, management consulting, or a similar cross-functional environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and delivering high-quality outcomes within structured timelines.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for senior audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information succinctly and with impact.
- Demonstrated experience in process optimisation and operational improvement within HR or a related function.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a proactive approach to leveraging technology to enhance productivity and decision-making.
