Our client, a fast‑growing global technology organisation, is seeking a Total Reward Manager to support the next phase of its expansion. With continued international growth across EMEA and the United States, the business is investing in a more sophisticated, scalable and globally aligned reward framework.This is a key individual contributor role, suited to a capable reward professional who enjoys both strategic work and hands‑on delivery. The successful hire will shape core elements of global compensation and benefits, lead major cyclical processes, and influence senior stakeholders on all matters relating to Total Reward. The position offers a rare opportunity to make a visible impact in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where innovation, pace and rigour are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, review and enhancement of global Total Reward policies, ensuring competitiveness, consistency and alignment with company culture.
Develop short‑and long‑term incentive programmes that support retention, motivation and performance across multiple international regions.
Manage core reward processes, including the annual compensation review, benefit launches, vendor implementations and continuous programme improvement.
Conduct deep market analysis and benchmarking, providing insight‑driven recommendations to ensure fairness, competitiveness and strong employee engagement.
Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to provide expert guidance on compensation structures, benefit offerings and reward decision‑making.
Participate in global market surveys, applying data to shape pay structures and reward philosophy development.
Candidate Profile
A minimum of five years’ experience in compensation and benefits or Total Reward, ideally gained in a fast‑paced, scaling or multinational environment.
Strong understanding of market dynamics across EMEA and the United States, including reward trends, benchmarking methodologies and regulatory considerations.
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver high‑quality work in a rapidly changing environment.
Analytical strength with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and confidence advising senior stakeholders.
Experience developing or managing global benefits and incentive programmes is highly advantageous.
