Catalyst is partnering with a global private equity seeking an HR Data Analyst. In this role, you will sit within the People function, supporting HR operations and delivering high-quality people analytics. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, producing insights, and supporting core HR processes across the employee lifecycle. The position offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence decision-making through data-led insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data across systems, ensuring integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and broader HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reporting, including headcount, attrition, and compensation analysis.
- Develop dashboards and insights to support workforce planning, performance management, and DEI initiatives.
- Assist with annual processes such as performance reviews and compensation cycles.
- Respond to internal queries relating to HR systems and data, supporting continuous process improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years’ experience in HR, HR operations, or people analytics within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups) and ability to analyse and present data clearly.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and managing data accuracy; exposure to systems such as BambooHR is advantageous.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Clear communicator with the ability to work effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, curious mindset with an interest in HR technology and data-driven decision-making.
