We're supporting a top-tier global law firm in hiring a Senior Graduate Recruitment Advisor to lead and elevate their London earlyâtalent strategy. In this role, you'll shape future trainee pipelines, deliver bestâinâclass programmes, and work closely with senior stakeholders across a highly respected, international legal environment. Key responsibilities:
- Lead the full graduate recruitment lifecycle in London, supporting senior stakeholders across attraction, assessment and programme delivery.
- Plan and coordinate campus engagement activity, including careers fairs, university partnerships, events, and related marketing or digital content.
- Manage student ambassador initiatives, overseeing recruitment, training, performance tracking and ongoing communication.
- Oversee recruitment processes for earlyâcareer programmes such as vacation schemes or internships, including application screening, shortlisting, assessments and offers.
- Deliver structured earlyâtalent programmes endâtoâend, ensuring smooth onboarding, scheduling, logistics and dayâtoâday management.
- Coordinate postâprogramme trainee selection processes in collaboration with internal committees and key decisionâmakers.
- Organise insight or openâday events for earlyâyear university students, managing logistics and participant experience.
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, universities and partners, ensuring a highâquality and efficient experience throughout.
- Maintain relationships with external platforms and suppliers, ensuring systems and processes are effective and wellâoptimised.
- Produce clear reporting and insights on applications, diversity metrics, conversion data and programme outcomes to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure all graduate recruitment activity is inclusive, compliant, and aligned with organisational policies and best-practice standards.
