Employee Relations Lead Location: London (on-site) Creative/ Consumer Our client is a globally recognised luxury consumer brand known for its exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and customer experience. With a strong international presence and a people-first culture, they are now looking for an experienced Employee Relations professional to join their UK HR team to play a pivotal role in supporting employee relations, workplace investigations, governance, and compliance across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ER Lead to take ownership of complex and high-profile employee relations matters within a prestigious, fast-paced organisation. Working closely with HR, Legal, Internal Audit, and senior business leaders, you'll lead on a broad range of ER and workplace investigation matters, helping to protect the business whilst ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes. Provide expert Employee Relations advice to managers, HR colleagues, and senior stakeholders. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams on high-risk employee relations matters. Support the management of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and other employee data-related matters. Review and enhance ER policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with UK employment law and evolving best practice. Identify trends and insights from ER activity to support business improvement and reduce organisational risk. Deliver training and coaching to managers and HR teams on ER processes, investigations, and employment legislation. Significant experience managing complex Employee Relations casework within a multi-site environment. Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and managing high-risk ER matters. Experience advising on issues such as misconduct, grievances, discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing, and performance management. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Excellent report-writing, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
