As L&D Partner, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple regions to:
- Identify capability gaps
- Design structured development interventions
- Deliver engaging, practical learning experiences that improve performance
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering high-quality learning programmes aligned to business priorities and capability requirements
- Creating and maintaining structured learning frameworks, pathways, and materials to support employee development
- Delivering engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) across a global audience
- Evaluating learning effectiveness and continuously improving content and delivery approaches
Proven experience in a Learning & Development role with a strong focus on design and delivery is required, along with experience building and delivering training programmes for diverse, global audiences.
