Our client is a rapidly scaling, private equity-backed organisation operating within a highly complex global aviation business. This role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver learning solutions that directly support organisational performance, capability building, and long-term success.

It is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on designing and delivering learning solutions that drive capability and performance at scale.

As L&D Partner, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple regions to:

  • Identify capability gaps
  • Design structured development interventions
  • Deliver engaging, practical learning experiences that improve performance

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and deliver high-quality learning programmes aligned to business priorities and capability requirements
  • Create and maintain structured learning frameworks, pathways, and materials to support employee development
  • Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) across a global audience
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery approaches

Proven experience in a Learning & Development role with a strong focus on design and delivery is required, along with experience building and delivering training programmes for diverse, global audiences.
