This HR Operations Manager position has been created to strengthen day-to-day HR delivery while supporting a broader transformation agenda, including reviewing and potentially upgrading the organisation’s HRIS.
The role will play a key part in ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle experience, improving data integrity, and driving operational improvements across the function.
- Oversee HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient and consistent delivery of processes and services.
- Own and deliver monthly People & Culture reporting, driving insight and continuous improvement in HR metrics and analytics.
- Lead enhancements to HR reporting processes and identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows.
- Support the review and potential implementation of a new HRIS, working closely with stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage the HR inbox, acting as a key point of contact for employee queries relating to policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employee records are maintained accurately and in compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, and internal standards.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within HR Operations in a corporate environment.
Proven experience using Workday is essential, with strong understanding of HRIS functionality and data management.
Prior experience within financial services is required, with an understanding of the associated regulatory environment.
Strong analytical capability, with experience in HR reporting and process improvement.
Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
