Our client is a well‑established global financial services organisation experiencing continued growth across the business. As a result, they are seeking an HR Operations & Change Analyst to join their HR function and contribute to the continued delivery of operational excellence.
The role will play a key part in driving automation, enhancing data quality, and leading structured change initiatives designed to improve user experience and increase capacity within HR.
- Conduct detailed current‑state assessments of HR operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency, controls and management reporting.
- Partner with HR teams and senior business stakeholders to define user requirements and translate these into clear process and system design.
- Develop and maintain high‑quality operational documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures and decision frameworks.
- Support data cleansing and migration activities from legacy or offline sources into core HR systems of record.
- Lead change implementation activities, including communication, training and adoption planning, and track benefits realised through automation and process improvement.
Early experience in HR Operations, HR Analyst or HR Business Management. Experience managing people data across spreadsheets, databases, or HR systems. Project management exposure; formal training is advantageous. Strong academic background.
