About the Company and the Role
Catalyst Partners is supporting a confidential, private equity-backed international organisation in the search for a Group Reward Manager.
This is a high-profile role within the central HR team, supporting a large, multi-country workforce through a period of business transformation.
Reporting to the Group Performance & Reward Director, you will act as the organisation's reward specialist, partnering with HR leaders across the business and leading key reward initiatives at executive level.
Alongside providing expert guidance on compensation and incentives, you will take ownership of executive reward programmes, support remuneration committee activity and deliver reward projects that align with the organisation's growth and value creation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central reward subject matter expert, advising HR stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Lead executive compensation and long-term incentive plan activities for senior leadership populations.
- Develop incentive and reward modelling to support strategic decision-making and business performance objectives.
- Prepare remuneration committee papers, reward analysis and governance reporting.
- Monitor market trends, salary benchmarking data and reward practices to inform recommendations.
- Support reward-related transformation and business improvement projects as required.
Candidate Profile & Experience
- Significant reward experience gained within a large corporate, consultancy or international business environment.
- Strong knowledge of compensation, incentives and executive reward practices.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and delivering commercially focused reward advice.
- Strong analytical skills, including reward modelling and data interpretation.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Experience within a private equity-backed or listed environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
