Are you an experienced early careers recruitment professional looking for your next opportunity? Our client is seeking a capable and detail-oriented individual to join a busy Early Careers team, supporting the effective attraction of high-quality applicants each year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the early careers attraction campaign strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with target universities and other partners.
  • Plan and coordinate campus events, careers fairs, and other attraction activities.
  • Represent the organisation at recruitment events, promoting excellence and diversity.
  • Support engagement activities for offer holders and implement diversity attraction strategies.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and monitor service delivery.

Experience

  • Previous experience in early careers recruitment, attraction, or marketing.
  • Understanding of the early careers market and experience engaging with universities.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
