Position Overview: Catalyst Partners are delighted to be partnering with a leading Financial Services firm who are seeking a highly analytical Reward Associate to join their brilliant team. Working alongside Reward leadership and HR partners, you'll be instrumental in managing, analysing, and optimising their global compensation initiatives. You will also support key processes such as salary cycles, incentive programs, and employee co-investment schemes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading aspects of the annual compensation cycle and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Managing the HRIS system (Workday) to support reward operations.
  • Driving the rollout of employee equity and co-investment programs.
  • Creating interactive dashboards and data visualisations using Excel and Power BI for strategic decision-making.
  • Preparing high-quality reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Supporting compensation integration efforts following acquisitions and business changes.
  • Calculating bonus and equity payouts, ensuring alignment with policies and business events.
  • Assisting in drafting committee reports related to compensation decisions.
  • Conducting benchmarking analyses for new hires and internal promotions.
  • Designing predictive models to support compensation planning and scenario forecasting.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on reward-related inquiries, helping HR and business leaders with data-driven insights.

  • Experience in compensation or reward, ideally within an in-house or consulting role.
