We are partnering with a leading international organisation within the insurance and professional services sector to recruit an experienced and proactive HR Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and play a key role in delivering seamless HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

Reporting into the HR function, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting payroll processes and acting as a first point of contact for routine HR queries.

This role would suit someone who is organised, detail-oriented and eager to develop their HR career within a professional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR administration for starters, leavers, internal moves and family leave processes.
  • Prepare employee documentation and ensure all HR records are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain HR systems and produce regular reports.
  • Process payroll-related changes accurately and on time.
  • Support employee relations activity through meeting coordination, note-taking and documentation.
  • Respond to employee and manager queries, escalating where appropriate.
  • Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Previous HR administration experience or a strong understanding of HR processes.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems.
