As L&D Partner, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple regions to identify capability gaps, design structured development interventions, and deliver engaging, practical learning experiences that improve performance.

This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused, and outcomes‑driven role. You will be expected to build scalable learning solutions while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver training directly to teams.
