Catalyst have partnered with a prestigious global financial advisory firm seeking an L&D Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, programme management and evaluation of impactful learning programmes across a global business, with a strong focus on junior careers and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of learning curriculum linked to career paths, competencies, and performance outcomes.
- Coordinate the design and delivery of learning programmes across global locations.
- Act as the central point of contact for professional qualifications, managing queries and requests.
- Assist in evaluating learning programmes to measure impact and embed learning into the business.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external training vendors.
- Contribute to cross-divisional initiatives such as performance management and management capability development.
- Collaborate on global L&D projects and change initiatives.
- Track and reconcile L&D budgets.
The Ideal candidate
- You will need experience in Learning & Development, ideally within financial or professional services.
- Brings strong organisational and project management skills.
- Communicates clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- You must be able to demonstrate an analytical mindset and is comfortable evaluating learning outcomes.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Workday or an LMS is a plus.
