Up to £600 per day (Inside IR35)
Catalyst Partners are working with a well established retail business with offices in London who are seeking an Interim HR Ops & Systems leader to manage a mixture of BAU and project responsibilities whilst they search for a more long term permanent option.
The Role:
- You will collaborate closely with the key HR Leads in the UK, US & Europe. This will require excellent skills in people management and project coordination.
- You will manage one direct report who handles the daily payroll processes and delivery, as well as managing relationships with the benefit suppliers.
- Lead the configuration, maintenance/updates and optimisation of the HRIS platform which is Dayforce (Various modules in place).
Experience:
- Non Negotiable must have! – Experience using Dayforce.
- Non Negotiable must have! – Ability managing/leading Payroll operations plus a good understanding of payroll legislation and exposure to benefits vendors/suppliers.
- CIPD or CIPP qualification preferred.
