Overview
This role is a fixed-term maternity cover for a leading investment banking services firm in London (FTC 12 months). The role supports the Senior HR Business Partner across Group Functions and a global secretarial population. It covers the full employee lifecycle, day-to-day HR operations, and contributes to global HR projects and initiatives. The environment is collaborative, professional, and fast-paced. Start date: January.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR support to stakeholders and employees across all people matters
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Support employee relations and performance management activities
- Lead on reporting, data analysis, and engagement survey presentations
- Contribute to global HR projects and initiatives
Experience & Skills Required
- Must have a strong background operating as a HRBP in financial services
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Available to start in January 2026
