Catalyst Partners have partnered with a well-known retail business to source a HRIS & Payroll Manager on a fixed term basis for their London offices. The role requires an experienced Payroll leader with technical exposure to HRIS systems. Based in London - Hybrid working. 6 month FTC. Up to £90,000 plus bonus & benefits.
The Role
- Oversee end to end Payroll process and delivery whilst managing the wider team.
- Lead on optimization & configuration for HRIS system.
- Oversee Benefits including pensions.
- Ensure data security, integrity and compliance across all functions (Payroll, Benefits & HR systems).
- Set up Bi-Monthly & quarterly surveys across the board with HR leaders.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Payroll, Benefits and HRIS.
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
- Ability to be hands on and manage multiple stakeholders/projects at once.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and reporting tools.
