Job Description

HRIS Analyst – 6 Month FTC

Up to £50,000

Based in Uxbridge, Hybrid working.

Catalyst Partners are working with a globally known market leading retail business based in London who are seeking a HRIS Analyst on a fixed term basis to support on the close of a global project.

They are seeking a proven HR Professional with solid experience/exposure to SAP Success Factors.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of data migration for the new HRIS product.
  • Assist in the design and reconfiguration for certain settings.
  • Lead on design for reports and dashboards.
  • Managing and resolve any immediate technical HRIS issues.
  • Work closely with the acting PM and HRIS director.
  • Global stakeholder management and collaboration with the likes of Payroll.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 5x years experience using SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proven track record with reporting and analytical duties within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Background managing various stakeholders, ideally on a global scale.
  • Ideally you will have project exposure centric to SAP SF.
  • You will need to be patient, resilient and have a strong eye for attention to detail.
