Job Description
HRIS Analyst – 6 Month FTC
Up to £50,000
Based in Uxbridge, Hybrid working.
Catalyst Partners are working with a globally known market leading retail business based in London who are seeking a HRIS Analyst on a fixed term basis to support on the close of a global project.
They are seeking a proven HR Professional with solid experience/exposure to SAP Success Factors.
Responsibilities:
- Management of data migration for the new HRIS product.
- Assist in the design and reconfiguration for certain settings.
- Lead on design for reports and dashboards.
- Managing and resolve any immediate technical HRIS issues.
- Work closely with the acting PM and HRIS director.
- Global stakeholder management and collaboration with the likes of Payroll.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5x years experience using SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven track record with reporting and analytical duties within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Background managing various stakeholders, ideally on a global scale.
- Ideally you will have project exposure centric to SAP SF.
- You will need to be patient, resilient and have a strong eye for attention to detail.
