The organisation is a global retail bank going through significant transformation of the People function. Having already operated an Ulrich model, the shift is to invest in tech, elevate capability within the CoE and ensure the business has access to subject matter experts so that business partners can deliver a more strategic service, helping the business to thrive and grow.

The role is for an experienced project manager, ideally with a consulting underpin, who has delivered HR transformation, has sat within a HR function and whose key stakeholders have been senior leaders in the HR function. The job involves holding to account the stakeholders and re-energising delivery plans, ensuring the programme runs smoothly and on time.

To apply you must have operated in a HR function but have strong project methodology – ideally in a large financial services organisation. You will be able to start work at short notice and be able to work on a fixed term contract basis rather than day rate.
