Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented HR Operations professional with strong operational expertise and experience in a fast-paced, professional environment? My client is looking for a part-time (3 days per week) HR Operations Manager to join their team on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected international investment firm, providing essential support to the HR function. You will play a key role in managing the transactional and operational responsibilities of the HR team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services across employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, systems and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing UK payroll reconciliation and sign-off, and overseeing overseas payroll instructions
- Administering employee benefits, including annual renewals and ongoing support
- Supporting annual PAYE submissions and compliance with SMCR requirements
- Producing monthly HR and business line reports
- Maintaining the HRIS (Workday) and managing HR SharePoint
- Overseeing GDPR compliance processes, including data retention and deletion
- Managing immigration and relocation processes
- Supporting HR budget planning and invoice approvals
- Assisting with annual performance and reward cycles, benefit renewals, and policy reviews
- Coordinating internal and external audits as needed
