Catalyst Partners is exclusively partnering with an investment firm to hire a Head of HR, based in West End London office
This is a high-impact, operational role where you’ll lead HR for the firm. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to deliver HR support to the business.
Responsibilities
- HR Policy: Develop, maintain and implement best practice HR Policies.
- Employee Relations: Able to support managers with ER issues, providing pragmatic advice around performance, conduct and absence as required.
- Benefits: Oversight of the Pension and Private Medical Insurance (PMI), responsible for adding/removing joiners/leavers. Conducting the annual PMI renewal. On a monthly basis reporting to payroll on joiners/leavers ensuring accurate processing of data.
- Performance: Facilitate the delivery of the performance management process including helping managers to prepare for meetings, identifying themes arising across the business and making recommendations where appropriate,
- HR Systems: Responsible for maintaining the and optimising the system for the business while maintaining accurate employee records.
- Line Management: You will have a direct report
Experience
- Circa 8 years of HR experience, ideally with experience within finance
- Previous experience of compensation, L&D, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to use data and financial metrics to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
Location:
- London – West End
- Based in the office 5 days per week
