Our client is seeking a capable and detail-oriented individual to join a busy Early Careers team, supporting the effective attraction of high-quality applicants each year. The organisation helps businesses grow and innovate with confidence, supported by a strong digital ecosystem and advanced data insights. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the early careers attraction campaign strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with target universities and other partners.
- Plan and coordinate campus events, careers fairs, and other attraction activities.
- Represent the organisation at recruitment events, promoting excellence and diversity.
- Support engagement activities for offer holders and implement diversity attraction strategies.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and monitor service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in early careers recruitment, attraction, or marketing.
- Understanding of the early careers market and experience engaging with universities.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to engage candidates and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and ability to solve recruitment challenges.
- Passion for diversity, inclusion, and social mobility.
