Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and continuous evolution of the global benefits strategy, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with workforce expectations.

  • Manage vendor, broker, and provider relationships, driving value for money, financial accuracy, and effective contract oversight.
  • Lead annual enrolment cycles and insurance renewals, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and seamless execution.
  • Use data and analytics to inform decisions, report on utilisation, and demonstrate impact and ROI to senior stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in benefits management at a global or multi-regional level.
  • Strong technical understanding of benefits governance, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks, including GDPR.

  • Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
