Executive Compensation Consultant £60,000-£80,000 + Bonus + Benefits London (Hybrid) Consultancy Side Overview : I am working with a global consultancy who are seeking a talented Senior Consultant to join their Executive Compensation consulting practice based in London! This role will involve advising Remuneration Committees, Boards, and senior management on pay levels, packages for new joiners and leavers, incentive design, performance targets, and corporate governance. They help organisations that are undergoing significant change, including start-ups, IPOs, and mergers. The role As a Senior Consultant, your key responsibilities will include : Providing Executive Compensation consulting services, particularly for private companies facing unique challenges. Managing client engagements, from business challenge assessment to designing tailored solutions. Delivering high-quality professional advice in client reports. Developing and training junior team members. Offering technical expertise on Executive Compensation, including UK corporate governance, incentive design, equity plan valuations, and benchmarking. Overseeing risk management and compliance in line with company policies. Skills and Experience You will ideally tick some of the following boxes : Expertise in Executive Compensation, with strong knowledge of UK governance, investor relations, and legal frameworks. Experience with incentive design, including performance measure selection and calibration. Ideally, experience with financial services remuneration regulations, but not essential. Professional qualification (Accountant, Actuary, Legal, CFA, or equivalent) and degree-level education preferred. Proven track record as a remuneration consultant with excellent client relationship management skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
