Catalyst Partners are excited to be working exclusively with a global FS business based in London to source an HR Ops Manager on a fixed term basis. This is a complex role with global scope. You will be leading & managing the full HR Ops process end to end and manage multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Full BAU management for HR Operations.
- Management of employee life cycle.
- Focus on process improvement and optimization where necessary.
- Support on any complex systems changes or integration points.
- Management of complex stakeholders.
Requirements:
- FS Background aka a clear track record as a HR Ops Manager/Leader for FS businesses is essential.
- Experience working in regulatory environment is preferred.
- Workday experience is preferred.
- CIPP Qualification is preferred.
