Catalyst Partners are pleased to be working exclusively with a globally known investments business to source a HR Operations Lead for 12 months (possibly longer) based in London. This role comes during a unique & exciting growth phase for the business. The right individual will be a well experienced HR Ops professional with a clear track record in optimising, streamlining and enhancing various areas centric to HR Operations & Systems. Up to £100,000 base. Fixed term contract (12 months). Hybrid working - 3 or 4 days a week in the London office.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of and consistent development of the full employee life cycle.
- Streamlining and ongoing improvement for their existing processes within HR Operations.
- Proactive development and maintenance of their global HRIS platform.
- Management of key stakeholders on a global basis.
- Management of global HR inbox.
Qualifications
- Essential - Experience as HR Operations Owner/Leader (minimum 7 years).
- Essential - Background focusing on process improvement centric to a HR Ops function and systems development on a global basis.
- Confident mindset & approach; ability to drive positive change and challenge people where necessary.
- Experience using Bamboo HR is very much preferred.
- Experience working within Financial Services is preferred.
