They are seeking an EMEA Payroll Coordinator to join their London-based HR team. This role sits within a regional payroll function responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of payroll operations across multiple EMEA jurisdictions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, supporting employees and stakeholders, and maintaining strong relationships with outsourced providers. The position offers a blend of operational ownership and stakeholder interaction within a well-established team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and submit monthly payroll inputs to external payroll providers across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Review and reconcile payroll outputs, ensuring accuracy and compliance prior to approval.
  • Manage post-payroll activities, including invoice processing and related administration.
  • Act as a point of contact for payroll-related queries, providing timely and high-quality support to employees and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the management of shared payroll inboxes and ensure queries are handled efficiently.
  • Assist with ongoing process improvements and ensure adherence to internal controls and governance standards.
Experience
  • Prior experience managing or supporting EMEA payroll processes, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • Experience working with outsourced payroll providers.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator, comfortable liaising with stakeholders across different regions.
  • Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a supportive and adaptable approach.
