Catalyst Partners seeks an experienced Manager, Employee Benefits – EMEA to lead health, welfare, retirement and wellbeing programmes across multiple countries. This hands-on role combines operational ownership with strategic input to enhance plan design, vendor management and employee experience.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and other teams to ensure compliant, cost-effective benefits delivery, and you will leverage data and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting accuracy.
