In this role you will take ownership of onboarding and HR inductions, ensuring every new joiner has a smooth and well‑coordinated experience. You will support the administration of payroll and benefits, maintain accurate employee records, and act as a key point of contact for day‑to‑day HR queries. You will also assist with performance cycle administration, policy updates and wider HR projects as the team strengthens its processes ahead of further international growth. This is a hands‑on role with broad exposure in a lean HR team.
