Salary: up to £85,000 + bonus (DOE)

Position Overview: Our Financial Services client is looking for a Reward Associate to join their Global Compensation team. This individual will be responsible for analytical work to support the delivery of the annual compensation review, projects and the provision of advice and information to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the annual compensation review process, including bonus pool modelling and setting pay parameters.
  • Analyse and interpret market compensation data to identify trends.
  • Maintain and cleanse the Compensation system ahead of year-end activities.
  • Prepare reports for the Remuneration Committee and Board, aligned with HR and Finance timelines.
  • Provide compensation data for regulatory reporting across regions.
  • Deliver accurate insights to support senior management in workforce and pay planning.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to monitor headcount and personnel costs.
  • Help manage long-term models tracking cost and headcount trends.
