Catalyst Partners are delighted to be partnering with a Financial Services firm based in central London in search of a Compensation & Benefits Manager. This is a stand alone role managing the full spectrum of compensation and benefits operations for the firm.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the annual salary review process
- Produce bonus calculations and manage deferrals
- Manage long term incentive plans
- Produce regular and ad hoc reporting & insights across the breadth of HR
- Management of the end to end benefits cycle including the benefits renewal window and provider relationships
- Build relationships with stakeholders and be the point of contact for all reward queries
