Our client is currently looking for a Payroll & Global Mobility Specialist to join a collaborative international HR team based in London. This role is primarily focused on the coordination, governance and review of UK and international payroll operations, working closely with external payroll providers across multiple jurisdictions. In addition, you will support global mobility activities, helping to ensure compliant management of international assignments, business travel and cross-border employment matters.

The ideal candidate will bring strong UK payroll expertise, a solid understanding of personal taxation and benefits administration, and experience managing third-party payroll vendors. Exposure to international mobility topics such as tax, social security, pensions, visas and secondments is also highly desirable.

  • Review and oversee UK and international payrolls with external providers
  • Ensure payroll compliance, accuracy and timely reporting
  • Manage benefits administration and payroll-related process improvements
  • Support global mobility activities, including business travel, secondments, tax, social security and visa matters
  • Assist with mobility reporting, policies and compliance controls

Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (4 days a week on-site in London).

Significant experience managing UK payroll and benefits processes.

Experience working with external payroll providers.

Strong understanding of UK personal taxation, National Insurance, statutory calculations and benefits administration.

Knowledge of international tax, social security and pension considerations.

Practical experience supporting global mobility programmes.

Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.

Highly organised, detail-oriented and accountable, with a strong focus on compliance and risk management.
