Talent Acquisition Partner London £55,000 - £65,000 Base + Bonus 4 days a week in office We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to take ownership of recruitment across a growing group of specialist search and recruitment businesses. This is an opportunity to shape how we attract, engage and hire exceptional people across multiple brands, specialist practice areas and support functions. Sitting at the heart of the business, you'll lead internal recruitment activity, drive continuous improvement across hiring processes and policies, and manage relationships with external recruitment partners where required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding and securing great talent but is equally motivated by creating structure, improving processes and influencing hiring outcomes across a complex, growing organisation. Leading all internal recruitment activity across the group Developing and improving recruitment processes, policies and candidate experience Building talent pipelines for future growth areas Monitoring hiring performance, reporting and recruitment metrics Supporting employer brand activity and talent attraction initiatives Driving consistency and best practice across multiple brands and specialist teams Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or talent partnering roles Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills A genuine passion for identifying and attracting high-performing talent Opportunity to shape and improve talent acquisition strategy Exposure to multiple brands, markets and specialist sectors If you're passionate about building high-performing teams, enjoy improving how recruitment works, and want a role with real variety and ownership, we'd love to hear from you.
