We’re supporting a top-tier global law firm in hiring a Senior Graduate Recruitment Advisor to lead and elevate their London early-talent strategy. In this role, you’ll shape future trainee pipelines, deliver best-in-class programmes, and work closely with senior stakeholders across a highly respected, international legal environment. It’s an excellent opportunity for an experienced graduate recruitment professional to make a real impact within a fast-paced, high-performing team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the full graduate recruitment lifecycle in London, supporting senior stakeholders across attraction, assessment and programme delivery.
  • Plan and coordinate campus engagement activity, including careers fairs, university partnerships, events, and related marketing or digital content.
  • Manage student ambassador initiatives, overseeing recruitment, training, performance tracking and ongoing communication.
  • Oversee recruitment processes for early-career programmes such as vacation schemes or internships, including application screening, shortlisting, assessments and offers.
  • Deliver structured early-talent programmes end-to-end, ensuring smooth onboarding, scheduling, logistics and day-to-day management.
  • Coordinate post-programme trainee selection processes in collaboration with internal committees and key decision-makers.
  • Organise insight or open-day events for early-year university students, managing logistics and participant experience.
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, universities and partners, ensuring a high-quality and efficient experience throughout.
  • Maintain relationships with external platforms and suppliers, ensuring systems and processes are effective and well-optimised.
  • Produce clear reporting and insights on applications, diversity metrics, conversion data and programme outcomes to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure all graduate recruitment activity is inclusive, compliant, and aligned with organisational policies and best-practice standards.
