Catalyst are partnering with a leading private equity firm to hire an experienced HR Generalist on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract, covering maternity leave. Based in London, this role sits within a lean, high performing regional HR team and offers broad exposure across the full HR lifecycle in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
In this role you will be the day‑to‑day HR contact across Europe, supporting employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, benefits administration and compliance‑driven processes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and collaborate with colleagues across European offices, contributing to both operational delivery and ongoing HR projects.
This opportunity will suit an HR professional with 6+ years experience, ideally from private equity, asset management or a similar high‑performance professional services environment. Strong UK employment law knowledge, payroll experience and a hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach are essential. Experience with ADP iHCM and exposure to SMCR processes would be advantageous.
