The organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations and ensure the accurate and timely processing of employee-related data. This role offers exposure to a broad range of payroll activities and provides an excellent opportunity to further develop payroll and HR administration experience within a global business environment. Support the delivery of payroll processes, ensuring employee data is accurately maintained and processed within agreed timelines. Prepare, review and validate payroll-related information, including employee lifecycle changes, variable payments, deductions and benefits data. Perform data validation, reconciliations and reporting activities to help ensure accuracy and compliance. Respond to employee and stakeholder queries, providing timely and professional support. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure workforce changes are captured correctly and reflected in payroll processing. Support compliance with relevant statutory, regulatory and internal policy requirements. Assist with benefits and pension administration activities, including routine data checks and record maintenance. Contribute to periodic reporting, audit requests and year-end administrative activities. Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and efficiencies across payroll and related operations. Handle sensitive employee data in accordance with data protection and confidentiality requirements. Previous experience supporting payroll, HR operations or employee administration activities. Experience working with HR, payroll or workforce management systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive employee data accurately. Understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements and data governance principles. Experience supporting reconciliations, reporting or administrative processes within a business environment.
