Catalyst is partnering with a leading global asset manager seeking a HR Officer on an 8 month FTC, supporting a high-performing London HR team. The role combines precise HR administration with frontline advisory support, ensuring a smooth employee experience in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, agency liaison and contract preparation.
- Deliver accurate administration across onboarding, background screening, inductions, probation and leavers.
- Provide first-line HR advice and support on policies and employee queries.
- Manage benefits-related queries for London employees.
- Support SMCR certification processes in partnership with Compliance.
- Provide project and administrative support to the Head of HR.
Ideal candidate:
- Experience in HR or recruitment within financial services or a similarly fast-paced setting.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and reliability.
- Clear, confident communicator able to build credibility quickly.
- Comfortable working with HR systems; SAP/SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
- Practical, professional and able to maintain high standards in a regulated environment.
