Catalyst Partners are delighted to be partnering with a leading Real Estate business who are seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven Benefits Analyst to join their brilliant team. Reporting directly to the Reward Manager, this role centres around the efficient implementation of our benefits and reward programs, ensuring fair and competitive remuneration aligned with market trends and internal budgets.

Benefits Management:

  • Benefits Platform: Lead the relationship with our benefits provider, manage annual renewals, produce detailed reports, and explore new perks to enhance the benefits package.
  • Account Management: Oversee broker and provider partnerships, including renewal processes and data sharing requirements.
  • Benefits Offering: Handle day-to-day operations for offerings such as health screenings, electric car schemes, gym subsidies, cycle schemes, and more. Regularly evaluate and refine benefits to ensure they remain appealing and purposeful.
  • Private Medical Insurance: Manage provider relationships, renewal processes (with broker assistance), data delivery, invoice tracking, and employee communications.
  • Employee Recognition Platform: Ensure the seamless operation of our recognition program and produce performance insights as needed.
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP): Monitor usage, maintain the provider relationship, and champion its adoption among employees.
  • Charitable Giving Programs: Act as the main point of contact for the "Give as You Earn" initiative.
  • Benefits Reporting: Compile detailed reports, maintain data accuracy across systems like Workday and our benefits platform, and analyse trends to inform decision-making.

Reward Support:

While benefits management is the primary focus, this role will also assist the Reward Manager with:

  • Annual performance ratings and salary review processes.
  • Job benchmarking and salary surveys.
  • Supporting the annual P11d process.
  • Monthly payroll operations and collaboration with external payroll partners.
  • Implementing projects to enhance the efficiency of reward, benefits, and payroll procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We’re seeking candidates experienced in benefits management who are eager to expand their expertise in this domain. The essentials include:

  • Proficiency in managing external benefits suppliers and providers.
  • A strong background in benchmarking, including job matching, data provision, and analysis.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining benefits policies and procedures.
  • Advanced analytical abilities with the capability to interpret complex data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey messages in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Familiarity with Workday systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of payroll and tax reporting is desirable.
