Our client is a leading investment bank with a strong presence across APAC & EMEA. Known for its high-performance culture and dynamic working environment, the firm is continuing to invest in its HR infrastructure by adding an Analyst to the team. This Analyst role will focus on HR Operations & Data Analytics and plays a critical part in delivering seamless employee lifecycle processes.
The successful candidate will take ownership of onboarding and offboarding processes, while acting as a subject matter expert for Workday and driving data accuracy across HR systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes across EMEA and Asia, ensuring timely completion of documentation, approvals, and system updates.
- Coordinate new joiner processes, including preparation of contracts and documentation while liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness.
- Act as the SME for Workday, maintaining system integrity, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing optimisation of HRIS functionality.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to improve operational processes and enhance employee lifecycle management.
- Support HR data analytics initiatives, providing insights and reporting to inform decision-making.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within HR Operations and Data Analytics, ideally within financial services or a similar high-performance environment.
- Experience with Workday.
- Strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in HR systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, demanding environment with high standards of delivery.
