Overview

We're seeking a Corporate Tax and International Tax Assistant Manager or Manager to join our client's Tax Advisory team. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple jurisdictions, handling both tax compliance and advisory matters. You'll play a key role in delivering high‐quality tax solutions and advising on international tax implications, while also contributing to business development and collaboration across service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains up‐to‐date CPD and a strong understanding of current tax legislation.
• Capable of preparing detailed tax computations manually, without software dependency.
• Skilled in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong ability to multitask and work within set budgets.
• Able to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).
• Strong technical knowledge of tax accounting, compliance, and preparation of tax returns.
• Familiarity with international tax issues affecting global organisations.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem‐solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying complex financial information.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
