Starting from £20.96 per hour - Plus £2000 payment following a successful probationary period.

About the Role
At Catalyst Choices CIC, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional, person‑centred care in a warm, supportive environment. Our beautiful home offers high‑quality residential and nursing care to older adults, promoting dignity, comfort, and wellbeing in every aspect of daily life. We’re now looking for a Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team and help us continue delivering the best possible care for our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the health, comfort, and happiness of our residents. You’ll lead by example, delivering high‑quality clinical care, supporting care staff, and maintaining accurate care plans. You will be supported by a GP that will provide oversight.
Responsibilities
- Providing safe, evidence‑based nursing care in line with NMC standards.
- Developing and reviewing personalised care plans.
- Administering medication and maintaining accurate records.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards.

About You
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- A genuine passion for elderly and person‑centred care.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a care home or similar setting.
- Knowledge of care planning systems and CQC requirements.
- Ready to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
- Satisfactory references are also required.
