We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our Honeysuckle Respite Service. You will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of the service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the respite service
- Ensure compliance with CQC and regulatory standards
- Manage staffing, recruitment, and development
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding
- Build relationships with families and stakeholders
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
